By registering to use MY Retailer POS & Inventory ("the Software"), you ("the User") agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms govern your access and use of the software, services, and any related content provided by MY Retailer POS & Inventory. Please read these terms carefully.

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your designated payment method. c. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

You may not resell, sublicense, or make the Software available to third parties. c. MY Retailer POS & Inventory reserves the right to terminate access if there is any misuse of the Software.

10. Termination of Account
a. MY Retailer POS & Inventory reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if you breach any terms outlined here. b. Upon termination, your right to access the Software will immediately cease. Any outstanding subscription fees remain payable.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MY Retailer POS & Inventory disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
12. Limitation of Liability
